I'm stiff as a board. :D Does fibro attack knee joints? I did stretches and yoga last night (but I'm used to them) and my knee is killing me. Minus sleeping on my neck wrong too :D Just wondering if it's a common pain?

Thanks!

Hell yeah it is common, every time I stand up, I have to stretch every muscle in my body just so I can take the first step.

Aw sorry about that. I'm doing yoga every other day now, I might have to do it more. It's also the cold, -5 Celcius outside..blah :) lol I want warmth, warmth :) lol

I know what you mean. Every year around Christmas time, I start to have a lot of trouble with my knees. I don't know why. Last year, I went and had x-rays done and nothing was found. This year, it is back and very painful. The only difference is that it is in the other knee. It gets so stiff, I can hardly walk at times.

Anyone else have this?

Yep!

It's gotta be the cold. It goes from the ground and settles right into my knees. I have to lay down with the heating pad on my left knee (it's the worse one) and just wait. :( Stretching is good though and helps. The butterfly position in yoga seems to help my legs. I just wear wool socks and slippers all the time.

At least I've gotten some good reading done because my knees are sore :D
