I am on Alese 21 and have been for a few years. Last time I called my prescription in for a refill all they had at the pharmacy was Alese 28. Because I don't normally take the extra pills, do I need to for this month or not. Next month I go back to having my regular 21 but I'm confused right now. If anybody can help me out it would be greatly aprreciated. Thanks a bunch. Kristy.

No you don't need to take the placebo pills. They are just there to keep you in the habit.
