The other day I had just finished working out (lifted then went for a pretty long run in which I got pretty tired) and was getting ready to get into the shower when I noticed that I had this weird red like streaks on my upper back. My skin is absolutly smooth there and theres is not pain iching assosiated it with it at all. If you closed ur eyes and rubbed the area you wouldnt think anything was wrong. I have it near the back of both sholder blades. It looks like I fell and scraped my self. Its like consetrated in one spot and has little streaks going out towards my shoulders. Same on both sides for the most part. The best way for me to dicribe what it looks like is a hickey. While not the same shape. It has the same look pretty much. Does anyone know what this is?
