I have a panic disorder right now but
last night i was feeling the affects of
panic when this weird numb feeling was
at the top pf my head.There was a little
pressure feeling in the front of my head
and around my nasal area.It was weird
but it didn't last that long but when it is
there i kind of feel nausea and my eyes
feel a little weird also like unsteadiness.
What is this?

Of course, you should get tested, first and foremost. Based on my own personal history, a possible finding is sinusitis. But your doctor should
should send you for either a C-scan or an MRI, possibly both.
