I have been thru the ringer these past few years: sinus surgery, sprays, infection, antibiotics--today I can hardly move, the nerve endings are so fried in my nose and forehead. I found SinoFresh spray, OTC at Walgreens and used it during my recent killer infection. It says it kills bacteria AND fungus, and cites the fungal stats that 96% of chronic sinusitis is fungal (I remember reading that some years back on the Mayo website). I'd like some stories on who's used this and what they experienced.
