I get this feeling in my chest which
is never pain but discomfort. At times
i feel it is my heart but around the
bottom left part around my Sternum,
It is a dull, weird, weak kind of feeling.
also at times i will get a numb
feeling instead but its there and I am
thinking Heart or Panic? Its weird but
sometimes its there and some times
it isn't. My heart does'nt beat weird
it beats normal to me but, Is it what is
said "a cause for concern?"

You should get it checked out one way or the other - if it's heart related, that of course needs to be taken care of. If it's anxiety, then that can be dealt with too so you don't have to suffer with it.
