Hi Angel, You might want to search "rectal prolaspe" under the "search" on the blue menu bar above....or on google. Sorry I can't be of more help but I saw you were worried. Others will follow my post, I'm sure. If not tonight, tomorrow. Don't have any experience with rectal prolaspe, just remember reading something about it. Good luck! Cathy

Angel...If your search results on rectal prolaspe don't match your symptoms, it could possibly be hemmroids. Cathy

Since you are having constipation problems then you need to increase your fiber and water intake. Use a fiber supplement such as metamucil and also increase the fiber rich foods in your diet as well as your water intake. You may have either hemorroids or a rectal prolapse as the other posters mentioned. Look each up on the web to see which you feel it is. Until the fiber therapy really starts to kick in you would be wise to get some colace aka docusate too so that you soften up your stools and make them easier to pass. Many women do have constipation problems associated with their period so don't feel like you are alone.

If you really and truely have worms then you need to see your doc right away for a proper diagnosis. Are you certain they are worms or could they just be mucous shreds?
