Did any of you ever have had a painful PVC or maybe PAC who felt like a biiiiig thump in your chest? Today I just have had two of them and it felt very strange. My whole body practically moved (I was lying down watching tv).
Thanks for any reply. :bouncing:

I've had ones that felt "stronger" than usual but not painful.

I've had PVC's for years. Before my blood pressure was under control, I would have periods of a pounding heart beat and painful PVC's. One of my BP meds also controls my heart rate, so my PVC's are fewer but still happen sometimes. Have not had pain with them for a couple of years.

Yes, a thousand times yes! I've been having a lot of chest pain since about June of '04. Right in the center of my chest, behind my ribs...the pain comes with/alongside the palpitation(s), so I'm pretty sure that's what it is. Really sharp/crushing/lightning-like pain. It doesn't happen with every palp, thank goodness. But it hurts enough to get my fingers tingling and so I see stars/feel like it might make me pass out.
I've had EKG's, an echocardiogram, chest CTScan, chest X-ray, 24 hour holter, Event monitor, thallium stress test, EP study, upper endoscopy, abdominal ultrasound, abdominal CTScan and HIDA scan. There is no clear answer for my pain, and the only thing I've been told is that it's A) GERD (non-erosive) or B) Palpitations - that are benign because everything else is normal. But these darn things HURT HURT HURT and I have no clear answer of how to stop the pain! :(
ANYONE have any ideas?
