:o I dont think I have the courage to ask my doctor this question. How careful do you have to be while having sex? I am embarrassed asking it here! :o Do I have to take any special precautions or avoid any positions?

I don't think that we are that fragile, but I would say listen to your own body. You will know what does and does not feel right (no pun intended ;) )

I think that with any activity, whatever it may be, we just need to use common sense and know our limits.It goes without saying that , when you have osteoporosis, be cautious about falling and try to prevent falling as much as possible.
