View Full Version : Garlic Gel Cap's for Itching

Just thought i'd share this as it might help somebody as i only just decided to try this for myself over the weekend.

I had initially just gotten over an ob recently. I have type 2 genitally and get my ob's in the anal region only. I had begun to feel definite itching and i wasn't certain whether this was as a result of the previous ob finishing or a new one starting. This is all still fairly new to me so i'm still having problems knowing the exact signs which mean an ob is about to happen. I only seem to know where i'm at when i'm experiencing the actual stinging sensation.

With the ob's i've had so far, i experience itching at some point. Nothing worse than being out in public and having to itch. Very embarrasing, especially one's bottom :o . After reading the garlic method off these boards (soaking slices of garlic in olive oil), i decided to take one of the garlic gel capsules which i swallow two of each day to keep my immune system up, i decided to cut one of capsules and squeeze the garlic oil onto a q-tip. I smeared this around the entire area and just a little inside the anal area. Wow, it was like almost instant relief. But i thought, better not get over excited, it could just be wishful thinking, but i went through the rest of my entire day without an itch. I applied it again that night after my shower. Today i didn't apply it and actually i haven't since then, but maybe i should keep it up once a day for a few days, just to be on the safe side. I'm happy with this if it will work as garlic capsules are cheap to get and i'm hoping effective.
