If you had arthriis in your hip where could you feel it, would it only be in the hip area. I noticed some people get groin pain but I get pain on the outside part of the hip, and I don,t know if its related some times the way I move my leg/hip I feel a pain down futher in my leg just below the knee on the outside too. Could it br related at all its almost like a nerve pain or something. Sandra

I have been diagnosed with arthritis of the hip joints, but I don't get groin pain. Mine is in the outer hip and on top of the hip extending to the knee, and deep inside the hip joint.
