has anyone ever had anxiety and panic attacks which later causes
tachycardia irregular heartbeat??
if so what medications are you on for this?
and how do you control the tachycardia attacks??

you will need to get your heart checked, this may involve wearing a holter monitor for 24 hours
you will then be able to tell the difference between heart trouble and the effects a panic attack has on the heart
its normal for the heart to race and thud during a panic attack, comes from stress hormones released by the fight or flight response
a healthy heart will race or bang if you continually monitor it or worry about it, in general we should ignore our hearts, this lets them work better
