From what the docter told me from the lump on my neck he says under your arms chest and neck are where lymph nodes are. I just think u might be fighting an infection of some sort. but im no docter.

that's very true that those are common areas for lymph node enlargement, but lymph nodes are actually all over your body--even inside close to your organs where you can't actually see or feel them.
