I recently was diagnosed with hep C and I know I need to change my lifestyle to a more healthy life style. Little by little I am doing that. Right now I am trying to change my diet to a more healthy diet. There are so many different things you hear that at times I get confused. More raw veggies we have incorparated. What else? I don't eat sweets. As far a meat what should I do? or any other suggestions.

Hm, I don't know anything about Hep. C, but I'm sorry you have it. I guess start with exercising every day. Just a fast walk for about 20 minutes is a good start if you don't exercise already. Veggies are good, try to stick with mostly white meat, eat according to the food pyramid, and drink a lot of water. Cut out all the junk food. I mean, that's very basic stuff and you probably already know that. There are probably some good books to read. I've heard that Body for Life is good, but I think that's mostly exercises... Sorry I can't help out more...
