Does anyone know of any herbs or supplements to take to reduce stress and anger?

Limit Cafiene...that in it's self helped me a ton. :-) People say chomile is calming, but the stuff I bought didn't do any good...and it tasted nasty...I'm thinking it was just low quality. People also say Spearmint (Pepermint, too?) has a calming affect...I should give that a try. :-) Plus, beathing really helps...slow deep breaths. :-)

Essential is a B complex vitamin. Also, there are herbs such as valerian, hops, scullcap and chamomile which can also be taken as tea. Also, visit your health food store and look for formulas designed for stress reduction such as Calms Forte which has many ingredients. Also do a search: Herbs for stress reduction. Good Luck.

Ok, I can list some, but when I talk about herbs I'm talking about the herb...organic, straight from seed/soil/etc. Chamomile is very good, so is peppermint. spearmint, Lobelia would work perfectly (and it's a VERY good Bronchial dialator...good for asthma, lungs, etc.), Skullcap, Valerian, Black Cohosh, Catnip, Hops, and Mistletoe. Deep breathing helps. A good bowel cleanse helps too...a lot! A good natural bowel cleanse changes attitudes!
