I got the blood results back from the office, and was hoping someone here could explain to me what tehy mean. My PCP assures me everything is fine, but id love to get a second opinion....ok this is kinda confusing so here goes

CA=9.8mg/dL
NA=139mEq/l
K=3.9 MMOL/L
CL=104MMOL/L
CO2=33mEq/L HIGH
BUN=11mg/dL
GLU-S=101mg/dL
CREA1.1mg/dL
CPK=70IU/L
MG=1.70mEq/L

if someone can tell me what the normal ranges should be id be grateful

potassium (K) = 3.6 to 5.4 mEq/liter
magnesium (Mg) = more than 1.7 mEq
sodium (NA) = 136 to 143 mEq/liter
calcium = 8.5 to 10.5 mg/dL
chloride (Cl-) = 98 to 108 mmol/liter
carbon dioxide (CO2) = 22 to 31 mmol/liter
blood urea nitrogen (BUN) = 8/22 mg/dl
Creatinine (CREA) = 0.6 to 1.3 mg/dl

Got those values from medical web sites, however you might do best to ask your dr. what the normal ranges are :)

thanks for the help guys

That web site was great

my CO2 is high....which irritates me that the doctor said everything is fine.

But i supposse questions about high C02 levels would be for another board, since ive never hard any realtion between high CO2 and PVC's

Thanks again!!

;) ;)
