I'm actually referring to the fanny lifter from the firm, but all it is, is a 14 inch step and you step up and down off it. Usually like 10x each leg, and I noticed a HUGE difference in my behind! :D Also, lay on your forarms with your legs on the floor and then lift your leg from behind going up and down and up and down till you can't do it anymore. You can check up some sites regarding Denise Austin, she has great ideas for exercises to do at home. I hope what I said made sense. :D I'm looking to get rid of the little cellulite under my butt though but I don't think ANYTHING but surgery will help with that. Nothing more aging than a droopy butt. :eek: I saw a picture the other day with John Lennon and Yoko Ono - when they did the naked peace in - and her butt was so droopy I must have done 50 squats right there out of sheer FEAR of ending up like that :eek: lazedays 01-18-2005, 09:14 PM kick boxing is one of my fav's there's alot of butt action with the kicks , plus a ton of sweat with it too!!! tone and boost the cal burn all in one shot. for a quick fix, wear a pair of tight jeans WITH pockets on the butt. IT give's a "lifting" effect. non pocket jeans give your butt a sagging effect.
