i am 21. i had an abortion back in aug of 04. since then my health has been going to crap, which is turning into anxiety. i know i have had this discharge for awhile but lately i am getting it more and more. whenever i pee or have a bowel movement a thick creamy greenish discharge comes out, and a lot of it. i obviously had unprotected sex too. should i be really concerned??

I can't really comment because I am not sure what that would be, but I had a friend who had an abortion and that never happened to her. I would call your doctor as soon as you can. Good Luck

You need to see the doc ASAP and get this checked out. If you are having green discharge this could definately be an infection and needs to be checked out. Any discharge that is not a normal discharge should always be checked out because left untreated it could lead to pelvic inflammatory disease and you could wind up in the hospital or left with fertility problems. Also with a discharge that is not normal you should not have unprotected sex as you could have easily passed an infection on to your partner. You need to be more careful when having sex as you can now see how easy it is to spread infections and diseases. See the doc and get checked. Good Luck.

Nothing coming out of there should EVER be green. Staph infections (among others) are green and they are very nasty customers.
I agree 100% you need to see a doc asap. You are not saying if you are having any pain per se, but feeling just generally crappy for more than a couple of weeks could mean something systemic.

i am not really having any pain, but my periods have been every 2 or 3 weeks, really irregular. i scheduled a pap for next tuesday.
