Has anyone had any specific experiences with plastic surgeons in New York area? Do you have a recommendation or perhaps a reliable reference of such?
Are there any places that catalog those doctors (I know I've seen such websites)?
I am not looking for a least expensive solution but definatelly a reliable one. Remaining scars are an issue, it would be great if they're experts at minimizing that.

Pitbull1993, I looked up that doctor, I am in the NY/NJ area, I was just curious because I down the road will be looking to get a tummy tuck once I lose all the pregnancy weight I gained and I was wondering what procedure you had with him?

You could maybe contact some of the medical schools such as NYU to see who their professors are. They could either recommend a surgeon or are probably surgeons themselves.

Be careful though with whoever you pick. Do mass internet searches, check with the AMA, etc to make sure there are no complaints against the doctor.
