Can H deaden nerves in the genital area, due to the travel of H down nerve endings? Not to be crude or rude, but sometimes there is a decreased feeling down there. Thx for you input!

I personally have never experienced this or recall having read of such an instance. If you have gone through this, I would wonder if this came from how sever your OB was, how often that area was rubbed and did it heal completely. I would ASSUME only that H does not cause nerves to die but the aftermath of the OB and any pressure could facilitate such a result.

Herpes can sometimes cause problems in the nerves but this is usually some kind of neuralgia - pain or discomfort in the nerves - rather than loss of feeling.
