You know, the best advice I or anyone else can give you on these boards is to stop making yourself throw up, because it is adding to/if not causing the majority of your symptoms... However, I do know that me or anyone else saying that won't do anything, until you personally decide you want to make a change... All the advice in the world isn't going to help you, until you realize how you're literally killing yourself by doing what you're doing.... I wish you well... And hope you will make a change soon, before it's too late.
