Hello, has anyone heard of having a tumor in your salivary glands? Can it appear as a swollen lymph gland? What are the risks with a needle biopsy in these glands? This started as a sore throat and has progressed through numerous cat scans and mri's to a possible needle biopsy, or surgery. So far, the diagnose remains "swollen lymph node", with a BIG question mark. Any feedback is welcome.

how long has your throat been sore? What are your symptoms? The reason I ask is that my throat has been sore for over a year on the right hand side. I'm getting nervous now.

I wish you the best and thank you for your help.
