I am really sorry to hear that your Dad was told he doesn't have long to live. I hope this isn't true.

Many newly diagnosed people are told this and it just isn't true most of the time. Few people actually do die of hepatitis C so, before you accept this as a fact, ask more questions and get some straight answers from his doctor or from him.
