hey all, i think i have really bad circulation, as my hands are almost ALWAYS incredibly cold. They're pretty much like ice right now. It's becomming a major social problem, so i'd like to change that
would regular cardio workout and other exercise like weight lifting improve my circulation to my hands? I cant go through life with ice cold hands!

You may want to look into supplementing your diet with 2 to 4 grams of L-Arginine. It's an amino acid. Look it up but it helps greatly in increasing blood flow. You can usually find 500mg pills in bottles of 50 at Walmart for around $4 a bottle.

I have only been able to find several cures-
1) gloves
2) Move some place really hot - like Venus
3) Move some place really cold - like Pluto- then cold hands are expected.
Seriously- I think cardio and the workouts would only help while you are doing them.

thx all for the input, evl ill look up those pills as well!
i thought maybe doing regular cardio workout might make my blood circulation more...regular? lol i dont know
whenever im drinking, i notice my hands are always nice and warm...maybe i should just become an alcoholic! "so why did you start your heavy drinking? family problems? work problems?" "no, i just wanted warm hands"
enough sillyness, anyone else have some input? thx
