Whats a good upper body workout video for at home without using any machines?
Did you search on amazon or collage video? When you go on amazon, it's important to type in "fitness videos" exactly so a bunch will come up. Are you male of female. I guess Firm videos are okay for males too. They have some male strength videos on those 2 websites I just mentioned. But of course, I think the Firm is good. They have videos that ONLY work the upper body you just have to look. ONe of them is called "Upper body split" etc.
