These are my symtoms:

Head pain on left side right behind left ear that is worse in mornings and evenings (shooting pain that lasts less than 5 mintues)

Just diagnosed with Epilepsy in November

Being treated for Migraines on left side

Sometimes Loss of muscle use on left side (arm and leg)

Sometimes VERY Tense neck muscles and back muscles on left side

Sometimes stabbing pain in left leg right behind knee or right below butt

Prescribed Keppra at first, starting Lamictal next and taking Nortriptyline for Migraines

All of the above symptoms all started at the same time, but what started it was on Nov 10th, I was struck with a massive headache all the sudden and my pupils dilated and I became very dizzy, but it went away as fast as it came, my pupiles stayed dilated for a little while. I never went to ER, but I did see doctor a week later after I started noticing other weird things. I've never had epilepsy before this. My MRI came back normal, but the pain in the back of my head is getting worse in the mornings and it's been everyday since November. What do you think?

The MRI should have picked up any tumors- but it doens't sound like they have scanned your neck. All of the other problems could be caused by a problem within the cervical spine.

Another possibility is within the vessels in the neck- they can become occluded and cause weakness, I believe.

I'd ask for a c-spine MRI. But, brain cancer does sound unlikely with a clear MRI of the brain.
