Wheat is evil..... if your allergic to it. A lot of times steering clear of everything for awhile and then leaving wheat completely out of your diet will all you to tolerate the other foods.

Hi,

Unfortunately allergy shots are only available to treat environmental/indoor/outdoor allergens. They have been doing some testing with Xolair for people with peanut allergy (so hopefully in the future that might help those with other food allergies). I agree with the other post however, it might be wise to first eliminate all of these things out of your diet- then add one thing back in small amounts every two weeks (with adding wheat products back last). You might find out that you can tolerate some of these other products but just need to give your body a complete rest first (ie. this is what they call an elimination diet).

I hope things get better for you.

unfortunately iv already done all of that iv had these for going on three years now... it doesent matter what i leave out or at what intervals i test them the list never gets shorter only longer. im terrified of getting tested again cause it might get even longer.
