Hey

Your normal resting heart beat can be anywhere between 60 and 100 bpm. Every1 is different.

The fact that yours seems to go up and down very quickly is a slight concern but im not a doctor.

You say that you have noticed this recently. Has anything changed in your life? Are you nervous or anxious about? Work?

You doing the best thing seeing the doctor anyway. But dont let it worry until youve found out what they have to say.

Does your heart rate go up and down when you stand up and sit down by the way?

Also get someone else to check your pulse and see if they feel it skip a beat, etc...

Good Luck at the doc, but dont lose any sleep!!!
