do rowing machines pretty much offer a complete body work out? which parts of the body does it particularly benfit? i wanna get a bit bigger but want tone too. would rowing offer what i'm after? i play the drums and would it help arms to not get as tired as quickly? would it build up their stamina as well as strength? i know that the best thing is to play the drums more, but its hard when your neighbours complain!

Rowing machines may help some but this is really a cardio piece. I would use the rower to help drop fat and burn calories and get on a progressive weight resistance program to add muscle and "tone"
