Hey all~
I would just like to share my story with you all about my losses of 2004. Well to start if off I lost my uncle who passed away of small cell lung cancer and my aunt of various thing alot due to alcohol. My aunt went into the hosptial January of 2004 and was pretty much in the ICU for the whole 6 months she was there. I went to see her every chance I got. She was in a coma for months and then the doctors told us that she had came out of her coma and my aunt and I were on our way to see here as soon as we heard the news...when we got there my aunt asked her if she knew who we were and she nodded her head...it was a miracle in my book...she was alert for a while...maybe a little less then a week then went into her own coma once again. To make a long story short we all thought that she was going to pass through the night because she had had 10 seizures in one night and she had 3 within 20 minutes that we were standing there with her. She held on though and she made it through and got to come home on May 2004...She was doing really well with healing..slowly but surely...and in July 2004 she had went back to the hospital because she noticed that she had blood in her stool. My mom and family were on our way to see her and as soon as we got into the parking lot of the hospital we had recieved a call on the cell phone saying she was gone. As for my uncle he had small cell lung cancer and the doctors were unaware of how long he had had it for and he went in the hospital the beginning of January 2004 and passed away January 18th of 2004. Each one of these wonderful people left behind their kids as well as their families. But I know they are in a better place now and they aren't hurting like they were. A piece of us went with them when they passed away. With my aunt I seen that God works in mysterious ways. :)
