The last few days I've had a strange rumbling feeling in the left side of my stomach, just under my ribs. It's not constant, and comes and goes. I am extremely afraid of this being an abdominal aortic aneurysm. A few days before this started I had been having some lower back pain, kind of a cold feeling that slowly turned into pain. Can anyone give me some answers? Please? Thanks.
