Hi April,
Gee we should really meet up one of these days! LOL! The low back pain is probably due to your period. I have trouble sitting or sleeping with mine but it goes away a few days after my period. I usually go for acupuncture on my low back at that time of the month.
I just had that arm thing a few days ago. Your arm feels numb but achy at the same time. And it feels really heavy when trying to move it. I don't know what causes it, but my chiropractor adjusted my shoulder and a nerve that she said goes down to the arm, and POOF, it's gone. It almost feels like you slept on all night the wrong way. Hard to describe but I think I know what you mean.

No, I'm in Canada but my dad and his family are from London. I go to a chiropractor and she helps a great deal. Every time I have a wierd symptom and tell her about it, she knows how to get rid of it. I went through 2 chiropractors before I found her. She's really nice and very familiar with FM so she's very gentle. You should give it a try. Here it costs $35 CDN per visit, but luckily my insurance company re-imburses me up to a maximum amount. I find it's very worth it.
