I posted this question mainly to see what everyone else really enjoys doing on these muscle groups. I know that you should vary your exercises but what particular exercise do you look forward to doing on these muscle groups?
Me:
Tris: (I love triceps)
Skullcrushers and
Weighted dips (favorite - used to only be able to do body weight dips but now I can do 3 sets of 10 with a plate, I just love these)
Chest:
Playing around with this muscle since I have felt "stuck" on how much I can lift but I am about to try out Chappy's suggestion. I will be doing Chappy's suggestion with dumbbell bench but I will be using a pilates ball. I love doing dumbbell bench with the pilates ball.
Traps:
I love doing traps but I feel limited in what exercises you can do for this muscle. My favorite is dumbbell shrugs.
