Whenever I run for a few days straight I get an incredible pain between my big toe and next toe. It feels as though I'm constantly stepping on a nail. What is this awful pain? :confused:

Hi RSand, Could possibly be a neuroma. Look that up and see if it fits, anyways, contact a doctor to be sure. Take Care and Good Luck.
