Hi I am new to board. Was diagnosed with complex right adnexal cystic mass by transvaginal ultrasound am being scheduled for removal of ovary. Wondering if anyone knows anyhing about this or has experienced this. They fear it is malignant. Please help if you can. I am a wreck. 47 years old post uterine cancer 17 years now.
