I just wanted to share some good news with everyone for a change! After my first week of adding cardio exercise into my life and trying to eat a little better, I have lost 2lbs...I know it's not much...but I'm very proud! Of course to celebrate I went out to the chinese buffet last night...but...hey I'm only human!

Ha ha well that's good, as for myself...well I'm usually good at maintaining my 145lbs but...I didn't eat anything unusual or anything, but I seemed to have gone up to about 150lbs....hmmm I hope it's muscle mass mwahah

That's awesome. That's about as much fat as the body can burn in a week, so you're right on track. Congrats! Keep at it and you'll see some fantastic results.
