Ok I took fiber this morning now I feel pressure its really bothing me.

umm under my belly button that area dont know what thats called this started to happen yesterday after I took fiber and today when I took more.

That sound normal to me. It takes awhile to adjust to increased volumn in your system. It should pass in a few days, and you will produce better stools.

Thanks because right now I feel the most pressure. But a few hours ago I stopped then came back.

Most fiber is digested and brokendown by digestion and does produce gas that feels like pressure in the intestines.
It usually goes away with continued use!!

Make sure you drink ALOT of water. Increasing fiber without enough water will make you crampy and more constipated.

I've increased my fiber intake about a week ago, and didn't drink much water period, and now feel more bloated/constipated than before.. any suggestions on relief??

Ok I havent took my fiber yet and everything feels good. Anyway when I went to the bath room I noticed a red dots or too in my stool dunno if thats blood or food. :confused:

Unless you are getting blood on a regular basis then it is probably not a problem. Work by keep your stools the right consistancy. If you are still getting some blood after two weeks of consistantly high quality stools then get it checked out immediately.

My guess is that if what you are seeing is blood then you have a minor problem that will clear itself up. I have had that before and it has cleared given a little bit of time.
