hey, i noticed a little BB sized lump on my left testical.. or right one.. I cant remember which. it was a while back. but i thought it was just a pimple or soemthing i have no clue.. it had like a white tip on it after i messed with it a lot. i just didnt want to think i had cancer. but it went away. and now in my left testical sack i can feel something, and see it apart from my testical itself. it's like the space that you have in ur scrotum is filled with something i have no clue. it is much larger than my left testical. and i know somethings not right casue my right testical doesnt have this problem. but i can push it into my stomch resulting with pain in my lower stomach i do not know what this is though plz help. and i am afraid to tell my parents or anythng. im too embarrassed.

Relax. It is probably a hernia or a hydrocoele, which is fluid that accumulates in the scrotum through a hernia. Go see a doctor, both are easily cured and not related to cancer.
