Ok my stomach isnt too awful bad but im curious as to what yall think. OCASSIONALLY I have runny diahreah or a bad cramp b/c I have to go to the bathroom. But once I get it out I am ok the rest of the time. And also occasionally it will rumble. But all of that is occasional and It isnt based on what I eat b/c one day I will eat kfc and im perfect and the next day I eat kfc and it messes me up Or a candybar and coke might mess me up. Is this ibs or is it just a weak stomach. Also I want to know. Does this get worse over time or Is mine as bad as it will get. Can i do n e thing to prevent it from getting worse or will i just have to deal with it. B/C if it ever gets worse i will probably shoot myself if it gets bad like people who cant leave the house please answer to the fullest you can thanks Bryan

Bryan,
From reading your post, I get the feeling you don't have a very nutritious diet. Cutting out the KFC, candy bars and soft drinks might counteract some of your symptoms.

Bryan,
I have to agree about the diet thing!!! A good diet can make a world of difference. You want one that's high in soluble fiber. I follow Heather Van Vorous IBS diet. She has books out on it and I'm sure you should be able to find some info on this on line. You don't have to follow her diet though. I'd say a place to start is just cleaning up the diet you're on now. Though there is a mind gut connection your gut is still one half of the equation. Hope this helps.
Love,
Jamie
