The sides of my feet itch really bad and its always right before I go to bed. I don't think it's athletes foot because I used lamisil for 3 weeks and it did nothing. Also, my feet look normal; their is no redness or peeling. Anyone know what this might be?

It could be just dry skin, try some foot cream or a good moisturizer. Vasiline is also good. The Avenno products work well for itching skin.
