I had a mastectomy 4 months ago. I had been having mamograms every 6 months. They were watching calcifications. My doctor would write the script for a diagnostic mamogram and an ultrasound if indicated. No one thought the ultrasound was necessary even though I had asked for it.I found a lump just before my last scheduled mamogram. Nothing showed on the mamogram...the ultrasound...yes there was a problem...surgical biopsy results revealed cancer...next step was a mastectomy. I am really upset that I did not get the ultrasound sooner.
I feel that all the breast problems started after I took Ambien for sleep problems. I have mentioned this to several doctors and they have had some interesting feedback. In the clinical trials Ambien did produce some breast problems. I did take Ambien for 2 years.
I would like to talk to others that may have taken Ambien and have breast problems.

I don't have anything to compare with what you are experiencing. I would like to recommend the following site. My best friend has bc and has found this site and the women very supportive and knowledgeable.
