Hi All Has anybody heard of Dr Robert Herbstman for breast implants. Good or bad? I would like to have this procedure done and I'm afraid I'll pick the wrong doctor. Also what is the difference between having the implant under the mucle or on top of the mucle. Could you please share your experiences with me. Thanks so much Faces
