I've had 3 previous rhinoplasty procedures and I'm still not happy. I'm actually 17 days post-op and I know what to expect because i've had so many but i can see that my nose is soo long and big. The first two was with the same doctor and he left by bridge bumpy and high. My third doctor was Dr.George Lefkovits and he told me he would touch up a few things. He lowered my bridge and narrowed my tip with grafting. My tip is still swollen ( I hope) so I can't tell a difference but I hate my side profile cause it looks really really big. I'm looking for a dramatic change and I guess my last doctor was more conservative. I'm in the nyc area and was wondering if anyone would recommend a excellent revision surgent? And also could it be since he put a grafting on the tip and that's what's making my nose look longer?

Hopefully this doctor has fixed the problem, it's too early too tell. It's only been less than 3 weeks. Give it a chance for all the swelling to go down before you look for another doctor, and no one would touch you now anyway. The more procedures you have the more scar tissue is going to build up and that makes it harder for the doctor. They usually wait about one year before they operate again.

I agree with the previous poster that you are still in early days, but if you've already had multiple surgeries I can tell you to steer clear of Constantinides for revision work. I've had two with him and my nose is a mess. Because he was in New York Mag people recommend him. He might be fine for a primary but he just doesn't have a lot of revision experience and my hideous nose is proof. Try to stay calm and wait for the swelling to go down and then consider someone like Toriumi--he's one of the best in the world. Not every rhino doc is good at revisions work. Goog Luck!!

I'd stay clear of Tabbal. I had a primary with him and I'm very unhappy!!

" Has anyone heard anything about Dr. Michael Sachs in NYC?'
I recently answered my own question by doing some research on the guy.

Stay away from Pamela Lipkin. She caused me much misery and she lied about her credentials.
