I feel that my grandson has something like this. He has been tested for autism...they say no..but I do see tendencies..he drinks watered down Apple juce all day..loves apples, eats a good deal of meat..but very picky..no veggies..chips, pop corn..a lot. but its that apple juice that Im really focusing on ..what do you think?

Apples are high in phenols. Some people are very sensitive to phenols. They have been particularly linked to hyperactivity and aggression.

My son does not appear to have a problem with phenols but he is very sensitive to milk. Products with milk bring out obssessive behaviors in him like flipping light switches on and off.

Generally a tell-tale sign off what foods are causing a reaction is how frequently they get the food item. Frequently the foods they like the most are the ones that are a problem for them.
