Hi,

Peppermint tea is a big help believe it or not. I don't know if it's the peppermint or just the soothing warm caffine free drink. My only other suggestion is a heating pad. I don't know anything about the rx's out there because I've not used any for the cramping. There's something in peppermint that makes it have a numbing action. If you've ever eaten it fresh picked it can actually numb your tongue. Hope this helps.

Love,

Jamie

I have used a homeopathic remedy --Magnesia Phos that you can get at a health food store for all sort of cramping. It has no side-effects either and you just dissolve them under your tongue.

It certainly is worth a try!
