Hi I'm new here, have been searching on the net for what seems like days, and run into this board.
I am looking for a link or something to tell me what foods, meats, fish cholestral amounts are.
My husband is very Health consious and I try to cook what is best for him.
Salmon for instance; I broil fresh salmon, and only use Olive Oil
Any help or links appreciated, and I'm looking forward to reading all of the catagories on this board
Sincerely
Wendy Ohio

The first is a 2-pg brochure from a state extension service, the second a booklet, downloadable free or available by mail from gov't agency (DHHS).

Keep in mind that cholesterol content in food is only a part of the equation. Fat content is another and there are several types of fat, some better for you than other types.
