Has anyone had this done? Would you recommend it, or not? I have quite a bit of saggy skin under my arms, but the prospect of major scars running up the insides of my upper arms sounds even less attractive. I like to wear sleeveless a lot, so the scars would show. I'd like more shapely arms, but not at the expense of being self-conscious because of scarring. Was it worth it? Thanks!
