i couldn't tell you about skin cleansers because i don't touch the stuff (dries my face out) but for moisturizers, i love dove essential nutrients day lotion w/spf 15. you can get it in the sensitive kind (without fragrance). I'm a product junky and have tried just about everything, and this stuff ranks number one.

Try to find a cleanser without detergents/surfactants & other harsh ingredients. I like MyChelle's cleansers. I use the fruit enzyme one, but they have a cranberry one for acne/very oily skin & a honeydew one for dry, sensitive skin. My dd uses the honeydew one & it works great - her skin is very sensitive. They have some nice moisturizers, too.

I agree with the dove essentials as a moisturizer thats what i use. And as a cleanser do you have acne or anything sometimes i break out so just so i don't break out i use Biore Ice and also i don't know if you've heard of Body Shop products usually a lady comes to your house and you have some friends over and test all the products...well they sell lots of cleansers and moisturizers in sets and for sensitive skin there is a great one called soy and calendula and also Vitamin C kit. if you use either of these your skin will look amazing! I tried the Vitamin C on one side of my face and nothing on the other side and the side with the Vitamin C was glowing i guess u would say. i asked people which side of my face looked better without telling them what was on each side and they all picked the side with the vitamin C! Both will make your skin really soft!
