I have now suffered with SAD for 6 years and wondered if there's anyone else out there coping with the same?

Hi there
My depression has always gets worse during this time of the year. Do you use
any type of lights or natural supplements? I use natural supplements which seem
to help. I've been trying to excercise and Im thinking about researching into the
SAD light therapy.

Yes indeed. My wife has a light box. I have seen some results. However, she has BP and not just SAD.
It does seem to help on the lows.
