ill never forget that phone call its been 7 months now but seems like yesterday my sister called me and said my 17 month old niece had drown in the hottub and she was no responding i got there as soon as i could when i got to the hospital she was pronounced dead i held her in my arms as i cryed i just didnt understand i dream of her often it hurts really bad can anyone help :confused:

all I can say is I am sorry. I read this and cried but what human with a heart would not cry. To loose a child is the worst thing in the world. I lost my cousin last year. he saw a fight going on and tried to break it up as he hated violance. when he went to help the guy up who was being beaten he was shot 12 times in the back. That phone call was recieved almost 1 year ago and it still feels like it was today that I found out. The pain stays with you and it will never go away. I wish it would but it won't. I am so sorry for your loose but I do know the pain all so well. just know that your neice is in a better place. That is what helps me get threw the days is just knowing he is watching over me.

Dec 19th 2001 I lost my 16yr old Son in a car wreck, I was mad with everyone even God, How could he take my son, He could have given him back, But I never lost my faith, I pray every day. We may not know the reason why on this side of heaven. but God has a plan for all of us, I know alot of peoples life has changed since my sons death, Mine for one, He was a Christian boy and I know he is there in Heaven, Just like I know your 17mos Niece is there also, because of the age of accontabilty she went right into the Lords arms. We are the one's who have to make sure we see them again, and that is easy, ask Jesus into your Heart. I caint wait until he comes for us all.Your Family are in my prayers.

Death is unnatural and we all want to avoid it. But it isn't God who "takes" our loved ones. It is Satan. Satan has the power of death.

Hebrews 2:14-15

14 Therefore, since the "young children" are sharers of blood and flesh, he also similarly partook of the same things, that through his death he might bring to nothing the one having the means to cause death, that is, the Devil; 15 and [that] he might emancipate all those who for fear of death were subject to slavery all through their lives

God is love. He would never take the life of anyone and cause grief and suffering.
